The shipping costs for your order are calculated on the basis of the actual weight and be made known to you on your final invoice (afterwards). The displayed shipping costs on the order confirmation is a preliminary calculation. The final bill is the right amount.

We ship the orders with for example Postnl, DPD, DHL and UPS. The shipment outside the Netherlands may also be taken over by local agents.

We will send your shipment as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for delays and/or strikes at transport services.
